Translations are for convenience only. The English version controls if there is any conflict.
Important: Buying a Lifetime key (or any key) does not mean access for your entire life. “Lifetime” means for the lifetime of the sportsclub scripts — for as long as we keep running and supporting them. If a script ends, is discontinued, or stops being maintained, that access ends with it.
Important: If we have a valid reason to blacklist, remove, or revoke your access, we will do so. No refunds will be issued in those cases.
Important: All digital sales are final after delivery. Buyer’s remorse, family payment disputes, unauthorized use of someone else’s card by you or someone you know, and PayPal/card chargebacks after delivery are not refundable.
Welcome to sportsclub ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or purchasing products from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our services and make purchases.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order and authorize the payment method. Purchases made without such authorization are your responsibility, not ours.
You are responsible for ensuring that using our products complies with the laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Digital Products
All products sold by sportsclub are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.
Delivery is generally instant but may occasionally be delayed due to maintenance, payment verification, or technical issues.
3. Instant Delivery and Withdrawal
By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that performance begins immediately.
Once a license key or digital product has been delivered or otherwise made available to you, you lose any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including where you are an EU/EEA consumer).
If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain. This does not create a general right to refund after successful delivery.
4. License
When purchasing a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software.
You may not:
- Share your license, account, or key.
- Resell or redistribute any product.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or modify our software.
- Circumvent licensing or authentication systems.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
Ownership of all software and intellectual property remains with sportsclub.
5. Account and Key Responsibility
If an account or key is required, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials secure.
- All activity performed under your account or key.
- Maintaining accurate account information.
Sharing accounts or keys may result in suspension or revocation without refund.
6. Payments and Authorization
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes may be added where required by law.
By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method, or that you have express permission from the account/card holder to complete the purchase.
You are solely responsible for any purchase made with a payment method you control, share, or access — including purchases made by family members, friends, or anyone using your device or credentials.
Disputes between you and a parent, guardian, family member, or other third party about who authorized a purchase are not grounds for a refund from sportsclub.
7. Merchant of Record and Payment Processors
Checkout and payments may be handled by a third-party merchant of record or payment processor (for example Aquadratic, Stripe, PayPal, or crypto processors).
The name that appears on your bank/PayPal statement may be the processor’s name, not “sportsclub.”
Payment disputes, chargebacks, and Resolution Center messages are handled by that processor. sportsclub is not the PayPal counterparty and may not be able to message you inside PayPal.
We may provide order, delivery, and policy evidence to the processor to contest improper disputes.
8. Delivery
A product is considered delivered when any of the following occurs: the license key or download is sent to the email used at checkout; the key is displayed in a checkout/success page or customer portal; or access is otherwise made available to you.
Email delivery, processor fulfillment logs, and our order records are sufficient proof of delivery.
It is your responsibility to check spam/junk folders and provide a working email address.
9. Refund Policy — All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a license or key has been delivered.
Refunds are not owed for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, unused time remaining on a key, dissatisfaction with features, game updates, executor issues, detection/bans in third-party games, or discontinuation of a specific script under our Lifetime definition.
The following are expressly non-refundable after delivery:
- Buyer’s remorse or “I didn’t mean to buy this.”
- Purchases made with a parent’s, guardian’s, or family member’s payment method with or without their knowledge.
- Family or household payment disputes.
- Claims of unauthorized purchase when you (or someone using your access) completed checkout and received the product.
- PayPal, card network, or bank disputes opened after successful delivery.
- Account/key sharing bans, blacklists, or revocations for Terms violations.
- Problems caused by your device, executor, network, or third-party services.
Limited exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion for: duplicate purchases caused by our systems; failure to receive a product due to our error; or clear billing mistakes by us or our processor.
Opening a dispute or chargeback without first contacting sportsclub support (for example via Discord) may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access, and we will contest the claim.
If you open a dispute and lose, or if a refund is issued while you retain access, we may revoke the key and ban associated accounts.
10. Disputes, Chargebacks, and False Claims
Filing a false, misleading, or abusive payment dispute (including claiming you never authorized a purchase that you admit making) is a material breach of these Terms.
We may submit your messages, order records, delivery proof, IP/device data, and these Terms to the payment processor, PayPal, card networks, or law enforcement where appropriate.
Chargebacks and disputes do not entitle you to keep the product. Access may be revoked whether or not funds are recovered.
11. Updates
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features at any time.
We are not obligated to continue supporting any specific product indefinitely. Features may change without prior notice.
12. Availability
We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, outages, third-party services, or unforeseen events may temporarily affect access.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse or interfere with our services.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Use automated systems to overload our infrastructure.
- Distribute malware or malicious software.
- Violate applicable laws while using our website.
- Submit false information in support tickets or payment disputes.
14. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, logos, software, graphics, website content, and documentation are owned by sportsclub or licensed to us.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sportsclub shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Game bans, account losses, or third-party penalties
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
16. Disclaimer
Products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, compatibility with all systems or executors, undetectability at all times, or that products will always meet your expectations.
17. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent activity or abusive disputes.
- Abuse our services.
- Attempt to compromise our systems.
Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund.
18. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, authentication services, Discord, and hosting providers.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
19. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
20. Language
These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience.
If there is any conflict, ambiguity, or inconsistency between a translation and the English version, the English version controls.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on our website.
Continued use of our services or retention of a purchased license after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
